Refund Policy

1. Our guarantee

PromptPocket Pro, operated by Charles Matthews, offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@promptpocket.pro with your order details and we'll forward the request to Paddle.

3. Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. After a refund

Once a refund is issued, access to PromptPocket Pro is removed and your vault data is deleted within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain transaction records.
