1. Who we are
PromptPocket Pro is operated by Charles Matthews ("we", "us", "our"), who acts as the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. We provide a private prompt vault for AI creators and affiliate marketers. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address and authentication credentials (managed by our authentication provider).
- Vault content: prompts, tags, folders, and version history that you create. Stored encrypted at rest.
- Payment data: processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details.
- Usage data: minimal logs (timestamps, error traces, IP address) to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.
3. How we use it
We use your data to operate the service, process your one-time purchase, secure your account, and provide support. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and reliable, and, where required, your consent. We do not sell your data and we do not use your prompt content to train AI models.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the processors and recipients required to run the service:
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, refunds, and subscription management. See Paddle's privacy notice.
- Our hosting and database provider (used to store your account and vault).
- Our email provider (used for transactional and account emails).
- Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.
Each processor is bound by a data-processing agreement.
5. Your rights
You can export your vault as JSON or CSV from Settings at any time, change your email, or delete your account. To exercise any other right (access, correction, deletion of residual records), email us at the support address below.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
7. Retention
We retain your account and vault data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your vault is removed within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep transaction records longer.
